DC is the best fighter out of AKA. As you can see on every Jackson fighter, the game plan would change to fight to the Jackson fighter's advantage. Against a one dimensional striker like Daley - sure, the advise would be to wrestler and try to submit him, but that might not be the case against a guy with different skill set. Kos is a very good fighter in my opinion.
He could really further advance his skills with Greg and training with some of the best guys in the sport. Not saying that this is the only way There are a few other very good gyms of course. Doubt he will go with the Blackzilians, I like Kos but that attitude he brings wouldn't fit right with them. And plus Rumble trains out of there. Kos thanks his team when he wins. Mendez wins as a team and should lose as one to. Calling out your boy is not the teammate someone would want, smart move by the Kos man.
He often went on the jason ellis show. Its a satelitte radio talk show. The guy is awesome, would call in randomly at times as well. He's just good at being the bad guy. I agree with this. To add on to that, if Mendez is going to critique his fighters, he should do it behind closed doors.
